Lowering Springs

Has anyone used the Tein S lowering springs or the ST sprins on ebay?

ME.. and i'm sure many others as well on here.. If you can though, change your struts while you are at it.. its SO much bloody easier doing it that way rather than doing in 6 months after..(which i'm doing right now).
Also, if you are doing it yourself.. WD-40 would be your best friend, especially when it comes to the endlinks.
