Question KYB-GR2s

I know these have been trash talked alot by P5 owners mainly becuse they are inexpensive, but I want to know if anyone has tried them on the P5. In other words has anyone experienced them on the P5 in order to give a negative opinion?

I had them on my fOCUS which had Steeda springs (1.5" drop), a Progress rear sway bars, poly busings, etc. and they worked great. Firm ride but not harsh. Excellent control. A little more that the stock struts/shocks, but just right for daily useage.

Many WRX and Eclipse owners swear by them.

Does anyone have any opinons (from actual usage)?

Hmm, not on my P5, sorry, but on other vehicles. They seem great at first - just as you describe. The problem is they seem to go "off" rather quickly. They get noticeably soft way too soon.

I'd steer clear. You get what you pay for.
