install on springs????

I am planning on buying a set of springs for my 2000 Lx and I was wondering what is the best way to install them. Should I do it myself or go to a shop and have them do it. Are there any threads on how to od it yourself??? What do you guys think????

Its is easy to do and you can rent any of the special tools you will need. Just don't try the alingment on your own as to how some people in my area have been known to do that....
