thank for the pics, but by the time i saw em, i already had em on. They took me about 4 hours yesterday afternoon. The guy in the bay next to me turns out used to own his own shop, so he def helped me out a lot. Right now i am sitting at about a 2.5 inch drop and at max stiffness. I can feel every crease in the pavement. I kinda like it though, although the road at some points feels like a bit of a rolercoaster. I am still waiting for the springs to settle before i adjust them up. Im probably going to go for a 1.5 inch drop, or thereabouts. I will try to get pics up soon after it stops raining.
one question though. I have the protege 5, and to get to the rear top nuts for the struts, i had to take out the seat belt assembly. As soon as it was out, it spooled about 6 inches and locked. I dont have enough length to get them back on all the way. I ended just taking out the back two seat belts completely instead of having them hanging half off. Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a way to unclock them without taking them into a dealer/shop? I started feeling like a monkey trying to have sex with a doorknob after about 30 minutes of trying to figure them out, and having three other people take a look at them. So any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, i finally got pictures of my Tein SS setup. Its about a 2.5 inch drop all around right now, im thinking about raising it a little higher though. What do you all think? I have to be insanely careful about bumps and potholes and all. I love the feel of the ride though. And it is def a more aggressive stance. Sorry about the dark though...it was the only time i had a camera with me, and a clean car. I refused to take pictures of a filthy car, and its parked about a 20 minute walk away...so it was then or never. Anyway, let me know what you all think. Parts to install coming this week include a Fidanza aluminum flywheel, ACT stage 1 clutch, and AWR all around mounts. All gettin ready for the turbo setup coming soon.
