Front sway bar

Has anyone experimented with the front sway bars on a ES yet?
Racing in H-Stock, I can only chang the struts and front swaybar. Right now I have REALLY stiff Bilsteins. I have disconnected the swaybar, but there is still too much body roll. I'm thinking of going with a softer front shock (maybe even stock) and a bigger front swaybar. I'm try to get the car to transition a bit better, and reduce wheel hop exiting corners.
Any recommedations on the front bar? Are there any adjustable front bars?

Jason, the only one I'm aware of right now is the 25mm MP3 front bar. The new MazdaSpeed 3 is supposed to have a 27mm front bar, which should be available from Mazda Motorsport shortly after the car is introduced. I've installed both MP3 bars, and they work well together at reducing body roll. I'm not sure what the front bar would be like without the rear, as I haven't tried that.

You could try a bar from a 2001+ Pro. Stock front bar sizes are:

99-00, all models: 20mm
01+ DX/LX: 21mm
01+ ES, P5: 22mm

Edwin (TheMAN) has done some research into the 01+ swaybars, and he thinks the 01+ bars are the same shape as the 99-00 bar and should interchange without problems.

However, I don't know if adding a bigger front bar to your 99 will improve your times. Bigger swaybars lift the inside wheel more, and I suspect that a larger front bar will increase inside front wheelspin, and we both know that a 99 ES does not need more wheelspin You may be robbing Peter to pay Paul

Being that the MP3 was a 2001 model, I can confirm that that sway bar fits just fine on my '00 ES. The rear bar required the newer crossmember to accommodate the different mounting brackets though.
