ajustable shock/struts

my friend has some shock/struts on his integra that can ajust the height of the car. is their anything like this for our p5's? because mu springs dont lower my car enough and a little more drop would be nice.

Just get some coil-overs. JIC, Tein, there's a few more brands but those are the best ones.

I don't think he'll run out of suspension travel IF he resists the urge to "ghetto slam" his car. However, this is a big "if"- remember that a Protege has McPherson strut suspension, not double wishbones like a Honda. Our cars can't be lowered much more than 1.8" without running out of travel; any more lowering will require ridiculously stiff springs, shorter strut tubes (i.e. an expensive coilover kit) or other measures to increase travel. I don't know how much your car is lowered at the moment, but DO NOT assume that all you need to lower it more is a set of Ground Control or Skunk2 coilover sleeves.

see i bought hks springs and they barely lowered my car in the back. so if i could lower it just a bit more i would be happy. also im waiting for my stock struts to wear out so i can get new ones.
