WTF? Are the wheels on the P5 directional?

I have an 02 with stock rims. Currently im running Kumho ASX's. What are you guyz talking about with the directional thing?
My rims have always been pointing the same direction when driving on both sides.

if so, two will look like they spin oposite from the other two.
