Unhappy WTF? Are the wheels on the P5 directional?

I just took my ‘02 P5 to get new tires and almost blew a fuse. I was trying figure out what direction to mount the tires but it didn’t make sense. All spokes on the 4 wheels point to the same direction so regardless of what rotation I chose; two wheels would be rotating in the opposite direction. Anyone else have this happen?

I didn't think any of the P5 wheels were directional, either.
There was an OEM set that had a kind of aero-shaped spoke but
I never thought they were directional.

Personal rant: I hate wheels that point one direction on one side of the car and the opposite on the other. Hear me, GM??? Ugh!

No, you first have to turn them inside-out, then flip them over. Actually, he is probably talking about the twisted spoke design on the 02's. But they are definitely not directional.

I get exactly what he's saying. And no, you're right, one side is "wrong", but there is nothing you can do about it.

When I say directional I'm not saying they have to rotate in a specific direction to operate properly. I'm saying that in order for the wheels to look consistant, ie spokes pointing the same on the driver side and passenger side two of them need to be pointing in the opposite direction.

Can't flip them because all 4 wheels have spokes pionting in the same direction therefore they will be backwards with respect to the other two once they are mounted on the car.

Ohhh .. I get it now. You got the 02 wheels. My bad, I so should've caught that!!

So you're saying all 4 wheels point in the same direction huh? Lemme do some searching around and see if they're supposed to be like that.

I've seen that pic before, I think he's in Germany.
The breed is very big, but that specimen was the biggest of all of 'em.
