anyway, this is really cool, but if they want it to run up against the Type R and Spec V, they need a LSD. Also, Hunter, heard anything about Mazda going back into WRC?
Hmm...the MP3 needs PMP or an LSD but if it had NOS maybe it could beat the SPEC V? Hit me back ASAP if you disagree. :P hehe

RE:2002 MP3

Where did you here this from Protegetech?

I've heard that Mazda was going to do "MP3" type vehicles, but not another Protege version.

Just wondering who your source is...

Well I cant legally reveal the source, but I know a whole lot more people at Mazda than most... You dont get this info from customer service. This person is trustable and has proven it before. As to other MP series vehicles they are under development. The idea here is to create an MP version of every vehicle, and if they are popular potentially add it as an increased trim level.

Cool RE:Source

Well, I guess I'll just have to believe it, even if it is a little disappointing.

Darn super secret sources and legal system.

Will Mazda still make MP3 for 2002?

I am wondering if Mazda will still make MP3 for the 2002?

Will Mazda still sell the MP3 for 2002???

I don't care if it has a turbo or not! All I care is that if I will be able to buy one in mid 2002?!

All I want is the MP3's styling and ultra handling.

Any changes to the suspension seem rather unlikely since that's the one thing about the car the automotive press raves about. If it's back for 2002, I think they would focus on the power production and leave the rest alone.
