Why the p5?

So what are everyones reasons for buying the p5?

Performance? Looks? style? rep? or what. I'm just wondering what all the buzz is about.

All around, most bang for your buck. Everyone though, can agree that an additional 10 to 20 HP would be good. But for the price and everything else...I would still buy it.

Style....bar none its the hottest looking little wagon/hatch on the market.

Price.....its the best bang for the buck on the market.

Handling.....of this there is no doubt...it not opinion...its fact and has been proven many times over by testing. This little car will out handle MANY a car that cost two, three, four, and even five times as much.....if you live where you have some twisties....you are going to have a total blast.

yep cheap, fun, styling, gas, insurance, and all that other stuff. I was looking at the SiR, pretty nice car, cept for the fact it reminded me of a Ford focus....

It’s the hottest grocery getter in town … but what really sold me was the great job Mazda did on the fit and finish of the car, by far the nicest in its class..

We traded my wife's Merc. sable because I couldn't pick up a 21" computer monitor without removing it from the box and tossing it in the back seat Started looking at something more practical. We looked at the PT Cruiser, Matrix, Vibe and bought the P5 based on realibility claims (Consumer R) looks, and standard options. I liked the fact that it has 4 wheel disk brakes, 16" alloys, CD player, and remote entry and zero interest

I needed a new car - one that would suit work and non-work driving. Knew I wanted a hatchback, and really wanted four doors - not the two door ****-us.

I was just about to buy another $300 work car, and I saw the "zoom-zoom" commercial with the yellow P5 on TV. My jaw dropped, I ran o the computer, got an internet quote, and was driving my Sunlight Silver P5 within 2 weeks.

Looks, handling, affordability, utility - what doesn't this car have (besides great power - but it's plenty peppy for me)?

wow.. that doesn't sound like an impuse buy... lol but glad you made the CORRECT choice

BTW i bought mine because i had researched cars in teh same class for about 3 months, i looked over every possible spe, compared them, even made an excel sheet to categorize the specs and decided on the pr5 beucase it IS actaully the best car for the money.. (looked at all econo boxes such as, civic, corolla, sentra, protege, sunflower, calvalier, fuglus.. er focus... and some hyundai's lol)
