Wheel Size

I am getting parts off of a wrecked MP3 (different threa) and I got some 5 x 4.5 steels to put on there. I want to make sure before I get used tires mounted that its the right size.

Also how large is the hub in the center. If it helps these wheels came from a nissan maxima
