No, but I've only heard good things about it. Roddimus was saying how non-ricey it sounds which is good enough for me, I want a healthy sound and im pretty sure thats what it gives.

I'd like to actually hear what it sounds like to make me feel better though.....anyone have sound clips????

The Megan Cat-Back sells on e-bay for around $300. That would make it a lower price then say the Racing Beat at $460.00 delivered. Thanks "pr5guy"

i have my msp axleback for 1 month and a bit now. it was pretty loud at first but it has since quiet down. As mentioned on previous threads, droning starts above 3000rpms but it is not that bad at all.

has anyone tried, or researched the FLOWMATER 60 SERIES exhaust. I don't really hear that make being mentioned alot on the forum, i guess because they cater mostly to big muscle car/truck types. but they have the 60 series which they claim is designed for 4-6 cyl small engines and they do have sound clips from an Acura Integra on their website. Check it out and post replies, i'm kind of interested in putting the 60 series in my P5.

-Thank

I've never really cared for FLOWMASTER performance-wise, however, I think they sound pretty nice. Borla, Dynomax, and Magnaflow easily outflow FLOWMASTER. Also, their competitors used higher quality materials last I checked (several years ago).

see the reason i ask is becuase i'm looking for an exhaust/exhaust sytem for my car that is not very loud and annoying. i want a mellow sound but also at the same time not give me a migraine when i drive back and forth to Canada (6 hr drive) most of the time. So needless to say, i'm picky about it. i haven't started doing alot of research on it, but i've seen the Megan catback exhaust system being mentioned here. how's the sound in that, would it be compareable to the flowmaster 60 series exhaust?

buy any exhaust you wish....if it's too loud just purchase a $10 resonator and have it welded in....instantly quieter.

Hey Guys, I was about to order the megan cat-back exhaust from ebay but I read a disclaimer that said it is intended for off-road and may not pass smog!
IS THIS TRUE!!!

WELL HERE IS THE FINAL SCOOP! I ordered the CB Magnaflow from ptuning.com. Thanks for the info Jebus'Protegé.
I will have them by next Friday 7/16/04.
My wife will think I'm crazy after I just spent $1,300.00 on wheels and tires a few weeks ago.

a catback exhaust is AFTER all emissions related equipment. It will NOT cause your car to fail a sniffer test....now it may not be CARB certified but it shouldn't have to be.
