All this plug talk makes me realise I have no idea what I put in mine. I know they are NGK, and they fit, but I didn't think there was this much detail into it! O_O

I think mine are Iridium or something? Don't quite recall...

the iridium ones supposedly last a long time but mine at 25k miles were pretty worn down. Rather than paying ~40 USD for a set of plugs I just pay 8 bucks for the set and change them a little more often

i'm changing mine at like 12k...is that normal? i've just been gettin bad mileage so i'm gonna change them and dump some seafoam in the tank

^ Yep. Those and Iridiums .. which aren't all that great in our cars. Had them for about 15K miles and they gave me all sorts of problems.
