Hey Natey,
Thanks a lot for the advice...I will be taking it into account when I do buy a cat back setup. The JIC Bullet looks like it may be a winner. I will be combing the forum for a used setup to pounce on.

Hafta go with the Dog. Magnaflow CB on our ES and P5. Deep, mellow purr. No fat guy farting "look at me" rice. Perfect fit, perfect sound, great performer.

ok just purchased a skunk2 for my p5...its being shipped today and hopefully i'll have it installed today as well.

was gonna make a sound clip so you guys could hear it.

i dont have a P5, but I've got a moded oem/mazdaspeed axle back on mine....got sick of the shiney stanless muffler, cut it off and had some tubing welded on in place of the muffler...now its almost a straight pipe

Magnaflow in the garage waiting for install tomorrow. I have one on the Burban and had one on my 91 Mazda show truck. I love the sound.

Hey anyone have a racing beat or mazdaspeed exhaust they want to sell???? I am on a limited budget (b/c of the wife) but I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed a different exhaust. The 2002 ES just needs more HP.

ok i installed the megain racing cat-back. it sounds great...it has a real deep sound to it...and when you punch it, it gets real loud.

Just installed a Bosal on my Pro5. At certain RPM's a little boomy.
Simple job for anyone w/ basic mechanical skills.
Good price from NOPI sealed my decision. $295 delivered, they're running a special.
All in all I'm happy w/ the choice. A bit noisy in the cabin but the car fells a bit stonger. Placebo effect? Who knows.
I hated the OEM sound, or should I say lack of sound.
