Thanks a lot for the advice...I will be taking it into account when I do buy a cat back setup. The JIC Bullet looks like it may be a winner. I will be combing the forum for a used setup to pounce on.

i dont have a P5, but I've got a moded oem/mazdaspeed axle back on mine....got sick of the shiney stanless muffler, cut it off and had some tubing welded on in place of the muffler...now its almost a straight pipe

Hey anyone have a racing beat or mazdaspeed exhaust they want to sell???? I am on a limited budget (b/c of the wife) but I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed a different exhaust. The 2002 ES just needs more HP.

Just installed a Bosal on my Pro5. At certain RPM's a little boomy.
Simple job for anyone w/ basic mechanical skills.
Good price from NOPI sealed my decision. $295 delivered, they're running a special.
All in all I'm happy w/ the choice. A bit noisy in the cabin but the car fells a bit stonger. Placebo effect? Who knows.
I hated the OEM sound, or should I say lack of sound.
