www.essentialspeed.com has a kit that adds 95whp to the auto most likely more to the 5spd. 300whp might be a little difficult without opening the motor up. but anything is possible.

Still hard to get 300whp, 200-250 no problem though. Open the motor and 300 is no problem manual or auto

if you're just casual get the hiboost kit or even spool or flying miata. Hiboost's does look the easiest, though. If you want 300 WHP be prepared to build the engine with forged internals and run standalone which I doubt you'll want to do.

300whp is a lot of power, you will need serious engine management plus upgraded injectors, fuel pump and piston/rods, thats maybe a 18psi of boost on stock compression.

I will dyno my car soon, running 7-8psi, im sure im not close to 180whp, maybe 170whp at much (aprox. 210hp). And thats the limit on our cars with stock everything for a reliable drive. And let me tell you, its damn good the pull.

Sure in the track is kind of, slow, I have only been able to pull 14.9 @7psi, but its ok.

You will need to upgrade your clutch. Stock clutch is good for 5psi.
