transmission fluid change

How do you change the transmission fluid? I never did it before and don't have a workshop manual yet. I have a manual 02 es if that matters. thanks

Last time I had the fluid changed in a manual the shop had to pump the fluid back into it under pressure.

so in order for me to do it i would need a pressure thing to put the fluid back in?
