Toucan struts/ Air Intake

I was looking to put some front struts on and almost ordered these buuuuut the $38 price tag kinda bothered me when I constantly saw other strut bars go for $150+..

What's the difference between these and some $150 GT spec struts from protegegarage.com? Better materials so the chasis dosent bend as much I guessing?

second question..and I think I already read this somewhere...but basicaly speaking, most short ram air intake systems are basicaly the same right? the $180 AEM is going to be about as good as the $50-100 ebay one?

edit: nvm searched and found my answer for the air intake.

yeah, I called em up about that today, and apparently they'd been discontinued for a while and just hadden't been taken off their site until now.

this tower bar is $20...

what are worst case scenario's because of it being cheap, and things to look out for then?

the only thing I can think of is it would break @ the joints or something... in which case I'm only out $20..I get what you're saying though, I'll look around some more.

they just wont work...the idea of a tower bar is to strengthen the chassis...if it's flexing all over it's not doing that good of a job strengthening, is it ?
