temp gauge

does anyone else have a problems with the temp gauge going up but the engine isnt overheating. It will do that, say its hot for a few min then go back down to normal

sounds like it's time for a new sending unit. if that doesn't stop it, i'd put a new gauge in. that's a bad situation.

well thats what i figured it was the sending unit, its not the gauge cause thats part of the cluster and all the other gauges work fine. but it hasnt done it for about 2 months untill yesterday it did it so i dont know guess i will just have to test the sensor
