I don't have the Stongard, but I've read to prevent wax buildup on the edge of the film, make sure you wax from the front of the hood towards the windshield, not the other way around. This should help to minimize buildup.

How can you find people who can do the install? Also, I've looked at the Stonguard website, and I did not see any for my 2001 Protege ES.

(I live in CT).

Not real sure. Perhaps ask around at some local speed shops or auto window tinters and see if they have any idea. I have heard of some body shops doing it as well.
