Type R badges stick by themselves cuz of the massive amounts of power they add .. so just got some of those and you're set!!

AFAIK the best is made by 3M. You can get it at auto parts supply stores. There is also an activator to use if you want it to really stick. Otherwise make sure you clean and degrease the area well making sure to remove any previous adhesive, wax etc.

You can also go to any hobby shop and buy servo tape. It's what the RC guys use to attach the steering servos on their RC cars and trucks. That stuff works as well as 3m, but it is black and doesn't stick out, and it is thinner than 3m tape. That's what I have used in the past with excellent results. Unless your car is white that is, amrit. nevermind.

hey thanks guys
well don't know how many of you know, but i'm in the process of doin' an fs-ze swap and well as you all know that's the engine the sport20s came with.

i got the sport20 badge today, the one that's on the back of the car and well i used some 3m outdoor mounting tape on it.

by the way, the badge was pulled from an original sport20 and i used a degreaser to get rid of all the stickness at the back of it.
some of it was still there and i just slapped it on at first and it held up pretty well but since i had some of the 3m tape, i decided to reinforce it with that.

you guys think it'll hold?

I don't see why not, unless the badge is much heavier than it looks, haha.

what about a spray adhesive? we use some of those @ work.. they work real good.. i should know.. stupid sticky fingers...

is called 3M Super 77 - might be "too much" - rip your trunk off trying to remove a badge
