uh huh!
Excuse the expoxy and stuff....it was pretty early this morning and I was already running late for work.....so I had no time to really clean up...just stick 'em on for a few quick snaps.

And...finally....there are a few knicks here and there...but that's what touch up paint was created for...I'm still contemplating cutting the rear 'Flying M' badge.....I'd like some input here from you guys....what do you guys suggest? It looks sharp up front...so I might.

Just get some goo-gone, some dental floss, and a hair dryer for that Barry...I'm not sure what the guy used as a backing to attach to the car...so that's your best bet to get it off.

Couldn't find any masking tape, so I had to use some electrical tape to mask off the paint sections.
I used gloss black paint on the black painted sections.
On the silver 'M", that's multiple coats of clear coat. With the sweeping motion, it leaves a nice smooth, brushed aluminum look.
It turned out very well!

Bro, I did this after I worked my military job yesterday and my civilian job last night. It took me all of about an hour (to do the sub/amp install and debadge, paint).
For the painting:
10 minutes prep time (debaging/cleaning)
5 minutes for cutting & buffing egdes.
10 minute painting time for black & clear paint.
I let the paint cure overnight, and I took pics this morning, (badges are still at home on my coffee table).
Total time I actually worked? 25 minutes!
Anyone can do this...you could've done this last night while the Prez spoke about Iraq.
