an damn am i stupid i never told the whole story of my cars motor incident.

wehen i get in that race on s alpine (not the wrx) my check oil light goes on. im thinking thats impossible, earlier the same day i changed it myself (tightening everything up) so i ignored it. the oil light blinks on and off for a few seconds and then i hear a loud clanking.
the day after i changed the oil again. metal peices(scraps) show up wth!!!!???? i put new oil in and the clancking stops. now its back at it..

it doesnt get better mileage, its only good for your motor if the compression is high enough to deem it necessary or you are turbocharged or supercharged, and no it doesnt clean your internals any more than regular...detergents in the gasoline keep engines clean....the difference between regular 87 octane and premium 93 octane is the octane rating, which simply shows a resistance level to detonation....take a frickin physics class man, or read something. Don't get on this website and spread bullsh*t
