plugs and di-electric silicon

Just got my new spark plug wires... wondering if you people thing i should use the di-electric silicon when installing them... or is it really not nescessary. By the way, these are the sparkco wires... so i dont know if i was infact supposed to get a tube or not. Thanks in advance

by the way, if anyone has the part number for ngk irids or bosch p4's that would be great.
