I'd have to agree with onehawaiian. I get awesome service from my dealership. From the moment I walked in to look at the cars I got first rate service. I often cal the service manager to discuss the mods I want to do to my car and see if he has any suggestions. I realize I bought from a small town dealership but I have no complaints and consider the dealer my first place to go with any questions/problems I may have.
