i might, i don't have foglights, but i assume the switch would be in the spot where there's nothing... kinda down by the little cubby hole.. i get a noise there sometimes.. usually in the cold..

is there a coin thing? I had that too. In fact I taped the whole car to remove noise. I stuck a little tape in there at fist, but cause i am a freak, that was not enough -- so i took the switches out and taped everything in that area. now it is "dead" . good luck. And yes, it only made noise when the car is cold.
