new mod for hood..

finished mounting it yesterday... sits flush, just have to trace the scoop to cut the hood so i can make it functional, then fit and mount the TMIC for it..

why a top mount intercooler? They are SO ineffective, even with a scoop? You should've moved a small IC core over to the drivers side and gotten a smaller offset scoop. The heat radiating upfrom the engine will just about kill any benefit from the scoop.

just my $0.02 (also what I'm doing on my SC kits).

o well, whats done is done, only a new hood will fix it.. if it has that much effect on it, ill just move the intercooler to a front mount, thats what it was made for, but it fits the scoop perfect, so i thought it would be ironic if i used a top mount with a wrx scoop..
