that is precisely why i dont deal with jiffy lube, quikie lube, or any other place like that. more often than not, they dont even do the service they charged you for. (the local news here did a segment on it and found that jiffy lube didnt change their oil, didnt change the fuel filter, etc etc, yet they were billed for it. then the manager denied it and refused to do anything about it.) ie, change your own oil or take it to a dealer these places are worse than dealers. at least the dealers do the work, even though they charge an arm and a leg.
