ha! i just figured what this was.

i was cleaning my car the other day and figured these used to go where the roof rack is now. but i like those racks so i'll probably just sell these on ebay.

i'm posting this reply for someone's future reference about these part#s.

 

Hi Gwava. If these are the covers for the rails that go on if the cross-member pieces are gone, then I'm looking for a pair of them. E-mail me and I'll save you the time of putting them on eBay as well as some fees.

if you car came with roof rack, you should have them too.
but dealer didn't gave it to me, so about yr later I complained and got the parts...of course for free.
