are mud flaps easy to install for 2001 ES

Hello again,

I was looking at these mud flaps, are these easy to install on a car? Would I have to remove the tires to be able to screw in the mud flaps..

Or... What?

You don't have to remove the tires ,you can put the flaps on if you use a stubby phillps screwdriver .or a 1/4 inch ratchet and socket .

do we need to make holes on the mug lips then use screw to stick it on?

i mean mud lips , not mud guards.
