Yeah, BUT i would suggest we take care of the quick turn-arounds first then the longer ones. You (okay, me - it iS about ME) doesn't want the rotable pool of spares tied up and delaying for us (okay! Me!) awaiting the astonishing performance upgrade so i can pwn some fast n' furious eclipse in primer ghey....

wheeeeeze.

oh I hear ya. I'm just giving that offer out to the Canadians who wouldn't mind losing their ecu for a while (maybe they have a 2nd car or a spare ecu...)

You may run into some problems if you fly up there with a hand full of ecu's. I have traveled to Canada for work, and it is always a hassle when I bring electronics with me. The Canadian govt doesn't like foreigners going into their country and selling stuff like that. You would have to convince them that you are not selling anything. Most of the problems I have had is with promotional items that we were giving away (cups, hats, calanders, pens, etc...) They made me declare a dollar value for each item I was giving away, then I had to pay tax on them. You may not have any problems like that, but I thought I would share my experiences with taking items into Canada.

Yeah I'm aware of the taxes and stuff. Luckily, I drive into Canada and haven't been stopped yet. Even when I brought back a set of mp3 rims with tires in my back seat

I just heard about this on another forum. I can't wait to hear more once you get the hardware.

yeah...I'm to the point of being so anxious I'm pissed off. I had my monthly sales meeting and had to remind my rep that it's now been 2 months since I told him to get it for me.

On a lighter note though I may get a demo unit in the next few days to do my local orders here first...still speculation but it's better than no update.

Is it true that the re-flashed ECU will only benefit manual cars, not autos?
