Loudest Exhaust

I have a 02 protege5 and i'm wanting to get a new exhaust system on it.

I want to get one that has a loud deep sound to it. i don't want it to sound like a lawnmower or dirtbike going down the street, you know that high pitched noise.

do you guys have any recommendations for a loud low deep sounding exhaust?

here are some i was looking at...

5ZIGEN Fireball Cat-Back
Greddy SP2
SKUNK2 Mega Power Cat-Back
TANABE Super Medalion Hyper Spec Axle-Back
BORLA
HKS Hi Power
Team Moon

do you know of any others and which of these would produce the desired sound best?
Thanks!

There is also the OEM Mazdaspeed axle back muffler. It's supposed to be pretty loud but not ricey sounding. You can get it for a good price at:

What up...

On my 02' P5, I have installed a BULLET muffler. Not sure of the model, but works great! I had it done professionally at lOU'S CUSTOM EXHAUST in Mass. Worththe 175 I paid for installation. The first one I had, the baffles inside came loose, so they replaced the WHOLE thing, no questions! Sounds low, loud enough to notice, but not outrageous, for, I do live in Ma! Would not want to upset the Kennedy's!!

Deep and mellow. Magnaflow CB. Loud? Try another brand.

the MS axle back has a great deep mellow tone with nice little burbles to boot....Im not big on the looks though, to flashy unless you have the rear skirt to hide it....I dont. Anyone want mine? I'll take your stock axle back intrade if you pay shipping and gimme $50... IM making a straight pipe and need a stock piece

I have a Magnaflow and the sound is nice and deep not loud. I ordered one for a 2003 Protege 5 and ptuning.com sold me one for a Mazda 3. I also had the exhaust professionaly installed and they had to cut off part of the tail piece to make it fit. I'M VERY PISSED ABOUT THAT. I will probably sell mine to buy the correct one.

Pikey, I'm selling my OBX catback for the p5. There was a gb done on this a little while ago for $300shipped. It's been on my car about 1.5weeks and I'll sell it for $260shipped. It has a very nice deep growl and is not ricey at all. The muffler tip is just not my style. I'm making my own exhaust instead so I'm selling this one.

These retail for $400 and change so I won't have a problem selling it. If you're interested let me know asap.

it looks just like the Greddy EVO muffler but the tip is 4.5" around and about 2" longer than the bumper. It's a very "show-offish" muffler....not what I was looking for. Sound is great though.

polished T-304 stainless steel 2.5" mandrel bent...very nice piece, just not the look I was wanting.
