I now have the car back and it's great. I love to drive this car and I can't wait until the next autocross. I'm now looking into wheels and tires for either winter use or racing. I'm not sure weather to get some crappy wheels and tires for the winter then use the stock wheels and buy some high performance tires for every day driving and autocross racing. Or buy a new set of wheels and tires specificaly for autocross racing and then put some decent all season performance tires on the stock wheels for every day driving year round.

If I were to buy some wheels and tires specificaly for autocross racing and wanted to stay in street tire class what would be the best for the MSP. The wheels are a 17X7", and tires are 215/45/17. I don't know the offset and I'm not sure on the weight of the stock wheel. I want to go with a lighter and stronger wheel but I'm having a hard time finding the size I need and also no one ever lists the weights of the wheel.

If anyone has any info please let me know.
