Is this a pic of the Japanese Familia? This blue was not available in the U.S., correct?

the back end shot looks like the sea breeze blue that you can get the sedan in, and the other blue looks like the MP3 blue.

It does. In Euro-Asia a turn signal in front of the wheels is not necessary to be legal. Whereas in North America you ahve to have one in front of the wheels. Hence why your P5's have them on the bumper

Thats not Sport 20 , thats European Mazda 323F!!!!
That is said on the license plate also :P

The right one is 133 hp , an 2.0 l engine.

The MP3 has the same headlights as the ES Protege. Which means that you have an amber left turn signal in your main headlight assembly. And that fulfills that purpose.
