Ice, need new bumper

Ice, need new bumper
My 10 weekold 2003 P5 was rearended today.
I was on my way to work, approx .5 mile from the office and while stopping at a stop sign, I almost slid under a HUGE Excursion/Tahoe thing barely missed that and then BAM, there's a Blazer punching my rear bumper.
We had a bad day here in CT, lots of snow and the roads were coverd with ice from the last 2 days of rain.
Luckily only my bumper was damaged, the cop didnt issue a ticket even though the other guy admitted fault. The cop said due to the small amount of damage we could handle this among ourselves after he filed the paperwork.
We were on our way in 5 min.
The other guy was driving a company car, and I know The Hartford treats thier accidents really well, so I should have this handled in a short time.
