I need everyone’s option on selling my 2002 P5, first off it has 44K miles, lowered, exhaust, paint, tint, and few other little things. Any way one of my friends girlfriend likes it a lot and she is looking for a car, I said $15,000 and she took the offer. Now I had it up for sale about 4 months ago to save money for school and no payments. My first pick for a vehicle would be a 01 Chevy Duramax 3\4 ton crew cab, second would be 01 Audi S4. I need a truck to tow my S-10 to the shows, so obviously t he truck is a better pick. But I love my P5 it’s a awesome car. So I am torn.

forgot somthing, anyone know how to rewire the foglights to make them come on with just the parking lights?

 

Always go with the practical decitions. If your in to showing your truck than you need the other truck!

she paid $15K for an 02 p5 with 44K miles?? wow...I only wanted 16-18K for my 03 with 21K miles and the only supercharged daily driven 3rd gen pro in the US.....

the only reason i considered selling it in the first place is to not have any payments when i was at school. well im at school and its not a problem, but the problem comes up that i own a $20,000 s-10 and need a vehicle to tow it to the shows and i dont know about u but i am pretty sure that proto wont tow a little truck and trailer, plus i like the big trucks also the redneck in me is coming out a little. but dont get me wrong i love the P5. Ahh F it i will probaly just keep the P5 and buy a truck also its just money right

But I'd agree with the first two responces, do what fits you and works best, ofcourse it would be cool to have you keep your P5, but if other things work better, do them...

I plan to figure it out though. That's something I've wanted to do also ever since I bought my pro.

 

heres an idea, sell the s-10 buy the big truck and turn the P5 into a show car!! that way you get the best of both worlds.

yeah right i will die in the s-10, my P5 is a driver not a show car. Me and my dad built the truck no way am i selling it. And as for the fog lights anyone else know how to wire them, I have considered wireing them to a seperate switch but thats a lot of work

well its a 86 chevy, air ride, Tube frame from the cab back narrowed 6inches with a 6 inch step notch, small block chevy with 400 horse, shaved doors antenna and everything else that is not needed in everyday driving, like wipers and heater ducts ect.. Fiberglass dash and center console. Pretty much nothing is stock about it. And also yeah I am broke as a mother fu%%. I will post a few pics tomorrow when I get a chance. But yeah is a blast to drive and drag.
