How hard would it be to convert a 5 into AWD like the Famila SP20

How hard would it be to convert a 5 into AWD like the Famila SP20

Does anyone know? I think it should not be too hard since both are built using the same chassis. Is it as easy as adding some additional driveshafts, gears, etc. Any input or comments will be much appreciated.
