Kinda looks like a mustang in a way, but I like it! whats the cost, and will it fix a '99?

I dont care for it too much because it does not have a function. Now if he cut a hole in his hood where the hood scoop goes then I would have a different opinion. Call me anti-rice if you will.

that is a mustang scoop, im sure you could go to a junk yard and find a dogged mustang and get the scoop for prob bout 10 bux, at least i know they come pretty cheap here.
