celticbass is on a distinguished road
i have an auto- i hold the brake and rev bout 1,500-2,000rpm
floor it/let off brake
nitrous kicks in at 3,000 rpm
it goes to almost redline
drops off to bout 4,700 when it upshifts
redlines everytime till i let off gas
all the performance i need plus everyday driving comfort
even without n2o, it redlines everytime and drops to the strong end of the powerband if you leave it floored.
Hows this a hard concept?
Granted it feels cool as the Ozarks to feel that extra pull letting off and slaming the gas at every upshift, but at what cost?
If you like that firm feel, isnt there something you can do with raiseing the pressure in some line to make it firmer??? experienced auto tranny guys help me out here?( verifying a rumour)

Celticbass, Is there an Oller Brothers Transmission (I think that was the name) still in Waco? They were in Temple and Joe Oller was very good at tricking out Turbo 350 an 400s (I grew up in Temple). I think they started in Waco and were in Temple and Brain-Collage Station. They might be able to give some help in tricking out our trans if they are.
