Yeah you're right. Even though the cop drives by, that doesn't mean he has his radar on. Guess he just "spotted" you going way too fast on nailed you.
92 in a 70 is pretty crazy; i try like 9mph over and no faster. Of course, i watch on-coming to see any cops, but if they don't have it on, they really can't tell the speed diff so i go by...
