Has anyone purchased...

the Japanese Sport20 headlamps, with the projectors?

I see them rarely talked about, but did not know if anyone has dropped the coin on them. I beleive they are $1400 for the pair. I'd like to see installed pics too!

I've never seen such a thing. The Sport20 with HIDs had headlight housings that looked exactly like our headlight housings (well.. not the canadian black ones, the chrome US and early canadian ones), but with HIDs.

They're a no go for U.S. use though, the beam pattern is the opposite of what we need (since they drive on the other side of the road).

What you need is the adjustable angle HID european 323F headlamps (not from the UK of course.. like France or Germany).

but yeah.. neither are projector equipped.

and neither are legal in the states (if you cared).

hmmm..not like too many people care about the legality of HIDs anyhow...ooh, I thought that they included the projectors on those. Hella expensive for sure...

I cant tell in the pic for the projectors, but the regular headlights below that are 2 pieces not a single housing like ours are. would that cause a problem installing?

I dont think they'd work, without some kind of extra mounting setup/

you'd need a new bumper, new hood, new fenders, new bumper core support, etc, all imported from japan (it looks nearly the same as the 99-00 headlights but the jdm ones have a different shape.

and yeah.. none of those are projectors.
