had my first maintenance checkup for my P5

i must say car runs alot smother.......engine seems to run alot quieter(sp) too......also had a block heater installed as well

Exactly what did they do? other than just change the oil and filter?

i don't own a p5, but i noticed when i did my first oil change, it ran better. it got all the nice little metal shavings and gross **** out of it from the engine being brand new.

I just did the oil change on my sis's P5 last weekend. God what a PITA it was. The oil filter is a real pain to get to. Plus since it was factory it was on real tight. Took me a reaaalllyy long time to get it off. Dunno about running better, but i wish the filter was located where mine is...right next to the pan, facing down. Takes 10 minutes to change my oil.
