90 seconds or so....just enough so you can get in between the assembly to split the glue.

and u put 5 coats: 3 high gloss and 2 clear... are they shiny right now??? did u use primer???

Damn 90 seconds? Really? I put mine in at 250* for 10 minutes. Sorry I wasn't in town saturday, but the beach called for me.

Ha ha...nope...stuff started melting....so as soon as I could start seperating...I did.
And to clear things up:
4 coats black...not 5.
