Ok, Phantom, you may or may not be kidding, I certainly don't know you well enough to assume anything, but you've basically made my point.
Maybe the idea IS lame, but that would be entirely up to the girls, right?

Hawaiian!
No can pao already! Try stay!

j/k.
Hawaiian guy was one of the first people to make me feel welcome at this site...almost a year-and-a-half ago. IMO, it would be quite a loss to us if he were to bail out now.
Hang out for awhile and let the dust settle, then maybe we can all work this out once Rod gets back. I know that he's a pretty cool guy and so's Hawaiian, plus we all drive the best compact you can buy!! We gotta stick together!

Your right nate, we should just get along. You sound like an upbeat guy.....

maybe if Haw. called you a ***** for no reason you'd have a different view. I don't know him from jack but the first post I read from him, he called a mod a ***** for NO reason what-so-ever.

It is too bad when people with some knowledge, that were here from the start, leave but there will always be more, newer people. Ask me some car audio questions. I've worked in car Audio for several years. I installed also. I installed an 11 speaker, 5 amp system in my Mitis. Montero. Center channel, 15 inch German Gouse woofer (50lbs), (4) 6inch speakers in back. 6 inch in the front doors. Titanium dome tweets. It sounded great!

sounds like a recipe for "pimp my ride" and not necc the best sounding thing ever, but hey to each their own.

As for the comments being pointed out, that was kind of after a bit of pushing elsewhere. We're not talkigna bout an irrational explosion for no reason whatsoever here. that was merely the breaking point.

Dude you have no idea what it sounded like....it was unreal. That was a long time ago....I'm not into anything like that anymore. The box was huge and took half my cargo space, it was ridiculous(sp).

Re: Goodbye

Wow I havent posted anything for like over a year but in checking out the site I was surprised to hear this. I have been around since 2002. Sir Nuke and One were some of the first people I came to know.

Although I dont post a lot of suggestions and how to's and such I used to enjoy going through the threads. Letely it seems that instead of having a place where everyone can be heard, its become a place where "I have 500000 posts so I know more than you" kind of place. I think we all know that even a person that has 1 post could know more than you. The problem is that we have people that spend their entire day posting STUFF on here and keep the little voices from being heard.

I dont contribute or post much anymore because I bought a Turbo Beetle. We still have the 5 and my wife loves to drive it. "I still love the way it handles and drive when I can even though my beetle will kill it." Anyways to make a "worthless" post even more so I would just like to add that Ones Idea is not only a cool one but its already been done... Check out VWVIXENS.com. With all of the pretty ladies driving P5's, "including mine" I think it would be great to have a place where they can show off.

One thing is for sure. VW people are a lot less **** then a lot of people on this forum. Lighten up and make it fun again.......

it's sad that i leave on these terms. i've been here since the beginning and have been cool with everyone and always tried to contribute.
however, it would seem my input is no longer important as mr moderator prime has gone out of his way to point out the stupidity of my suggestions.

all i wanted was to see what i thought to be my internet "home" forum, flourish again featuring a tasteful calendar w/the girls of proclub (w/their rides), but i guess this "high-school" idea (pointed out in two separate threads) is stupid.

for those of u who do know me, whether back in the beginning or since, it's been fun. i enjoyed nearly every login session into proclub until now.

thank u mr prime for making my return to proclub an un-welcomed one and for not showing any courtesy toward my ideas.
i find it unfortunate that of the few active ppl here the one giving me heat is a moderator.

I haven't been here for QUITE awhile. Didn't even know Hawaiian had left and come back. Damn. I came over from Protech -w- Hawaiian, Sir Nuke & Groharlem. Those guys had the answers I wanted when I got my Pro. Very intelligent guys. Hawaiian & I have both debated stereo stuff for year's (brand loyalties & crap). Too bad he's going. Luck dude.
