finally got the essential speed header...

i've waited 7 month for the header....... i thought i was ripped off by ES..but...the header finally came..
i'll install it as soon as i got new gaskets.. then post some thoughts about it...
if you are going to do business with ES....u might wait months for your product to come......

Ummmm not to burst your your bubble of patients but if you ever buy something with your Mastercard or Visa and the company does not come thru within 30 days without valid reason , just call your credit card company and they will reverse the charge and go after the vendor until they pay them back or deliver the goods, also there is a 500 dollar fine for the vendor if they find there is not a valid reason.

Oddly enough this is the only case where it pays to havea over priced/high interest credit card

heheh this giant is swift when it comes to going after vendors

so if they take your credit card order from ES, just let them know that they have till the time stated for shipping before you call Visa or Mastercard.

if you have any questions about what I just said, give your credit card company a call.

Essential Speed..... Isn't that a Canadian Company? Let us know how it works out. How does it look? Is it a 4-1 or a 4-2-1?

Tranquilized,

i sent you the pics of the header.
Although it's a 4-1 header, but when you see inside, you can notice ES makes its header like 4-2-1 design.

I installed the header today. And i also measured the diameter of the stock mamifold(the bottom pipe that conect to the cat.). The ES header's diameter is about 1" wider than the stock one.

The acceleretion is noticeable increased through 2500rpm~ 4500rpm (not psychologic feel), and downshift is smoother even not apply heel and toe.
i hope i can run mid 16s or faster in 1/4~ but have to wait until next summer.

ES has now hired a sh*tload of staff to deal with all the problems they have had and people who have been having problems getting orders from them are now starting to recieve their stuff. But they have built up such a bad rep the last year I they are gonna have to make up a lot.
