You guys are killing me.
Notice that the next time you change your oil,your car WILL run smoother and accelerate better.It does not ADD hp,it just makes your engine run better.oil quality also differs.I have felt the difference between normal castrol gtx and castrol syntec.I KNOW,bunch of *****,that we are not talking about 10hp.Nevertheless,you get a quicker revving engine, and better performance with clean, syntetic oil than old crappy motomaster oil.

if your oil is THAT bad by the time you get it changed, maybe you should change it more often. there is NO detectable difference between an engine w/ 3,000 mile oil and one with new oil. NONE. the difference is purely psychological.

Yes, do not even attempt to buy preformance parts on ebay.
My altime favorite was those bilge pumps that claimed to be superchargers... laf!
