I wasnt sure if i wanted to spend the money on a cat-back exhaust, so i decided to just have my res. cut out and about a 14 in piece of 2.25 in. pipe welded back on to replace it.....i could feel a little bit of a power difference and a lot in sound...i was really pleased with how it turned out....anyone else do this yet?

thanks ben

Yeah, i did the same thing to my Pro5. I got a Magnaflow Exhaust and I put a 2.25 in. pipe from my cat to my exhaust. I did feel a bit of difference. I'm doing it like that till I get a cat-back exhaust. It cost me $200 for all of it.
