What do you own? If it's the 2.0L you only need the turbo/parts and ECU, the engine is the same.
It's pretty easy to find someone selling the stock turbo setup.
Not really sure what you mean by 'other engines' though...

 

www.protegegarage.com has engines for sale, but I would follow kargo's advice and look for used turbo/ECU and just upgrade. No need to swap engines if you can do it much easier right?
