Does anyone else wish they waited a year??

Saw the new M3's at the LA Auto Show last week and they look really nice but looked at the options and the MSRP and wasn't too impressed with that. My P5 came with basically the same options and even a few extras as the 5 door M3 but cost alot more. The back of it is kinda weird. If P5's didn't exist and I had to choose between the Matrix and the M3 five door, I probably would have chosen the M3 and paid more. Thank God for P5s though!

but i do not like the mazda3 wagon. i like the sedan. imo, i like the 5's body better...

No way, the front of the 3 looks loke a PT Cruiser. And I like the fact that the P5 is more of a 'wagon' body style, not that hatch thing that the 3Sport has.
I like the inside, and the new engine options, but the front of the P5 is still the best looking.
Wish I waited for the 0% finance and other cool stuff, like the free X-box.

I got a great deal on a 2003 ES and love the way it looks and drives.
I'm not crazy 'bout the rear end of the 3's.
What I wish I had at the time was a few thousand more for the MazdaSpeed...

nope, I knew the 3 was coming, but I needed a new car bad. Would have rather had a 6s but the price was too $. Besides even though it's a mazda, first year models are always a little bit iffy.
BTW I love the 3, maybe my next car if it's the price range I'm looking at.
