That's right folks... just put my car for sale today and hopefully within 2-3 weeks I"ll have my brand spanking new 2002 Mazda Protege ES GT which comes absolutely fully loaded.

I saw a special edition GT model today that came with skirts, leather seats and a few other goodies but I think I'll settle for the regular GT model and possibly add the skirts later.

I shopped around today and was debating between the Corolla Sport and the Protege and after looking at both cars extensively today, I decided with the Protege.. it has a much nicer interior too! I can't wait!!!

I just hope this engine rattle noise I"m reading about is fixed soon... it's the only thing that's making me think twice.

well, soon we'll officially welcome you to the family. you'll be happy with the protege. although i love jetta's, and the only reason i didn't get a glx over my protege was because of price, i love my pro all the way. you'll love yours too. ;] good choice. (especially over the corolla, blah! lol)
