I was going to wait but my 94 Mazda MX-3 V6 is just in pretty rough shape. I bought it used 4 years ago and didn't check it out good enough to see it had been in a pretty serious accident, the whole front end had been repaired. But it served it's purpose for the time.

But yes the deal has been done! a Laser Blue Mica 2003 Protege 5, should be picking it up next Saturday. I was thinking of getting the Leather with Heated seats but have not decided. I have to let my friend who is the Manager there know this week. Anyways, the extent of my mods that I'd be interested in would be an Injen CAI and an HKS exhaust. Inside I would be looking at upgrading the Head Unit to an MP3 player then later upgrade the speakers. I was looking at getting into a vehicle with more HP but couldn't justify the price for them. Now let's see, between my wife and i we have had the following Mazda's:

Wife: 1998 Protege DX, 2001 Tribute (current car)

Me: 1980 RX-7 Stock, 1979 RX-7 Street Port 250HP (In my garage), 1994 MX-3 V6, 2003 Protege 5 (Next Saturday)

Thanks! I will take pictures as soon as I bring it home next saturday. The new black headlights look real nice with that blue, I'll take some close-ups of them.

Yes the colour is offered on the sedans...at least in Canada. The rims are different on the 2003 P5, but I had to see a 2002 and a 2003 next to each other to notice.

 

Just checked with my dealer and my car will not be ready for pickup this Saturday. Now I won't get it until mid next week, but since it will be delayed they are including an Alarm and Tinted windows at no extra charge.
